At each handover, you will receive a detailed introduction to the vehicle from our employee.

All vehicles are equipped with a bicycle rack, satellite antenna, TFT television and an awning.

    How can I book / reserve a vehicle?

    There are three options to make a booking or reservation request:

    Which days can I pick up / return the vehicle?

    The pick up / return of the vehicles is possible from Mondays to Fridays. Pick-ups are possible from 4 p.m. and returns are possible until 12 p.m.

    How is the pick up day / return calculated?

    The day of pick up and return is calculated as 1 rental day, as the vehicles cannot be rented to anyone else on these days.

    What is the minimum rental period?

    During the main season (July and August) the minimum rental period is 7 days. In the middle and low season rental period is minimun 3 days.

    Which driving license class do I need to drive a motorhome?

    The driver must have held a valid class 3 (B) driver's license for at least 1 year. In addition, the minimum age for drivers is 21 years.

    How many drivers are allowed?

    As long as the conditions (see: #5.) are met, there are no restrictions on the number of registered drivers. No extra costs will be charged for additional drivers.

    Can I extend my rental period while I am traveling?

    Unfortunately, we cannot give a general answer to this question, as it is related to the availability and utilization of our vehicle fleet. We therefore ask you to contact us as early as possible.

    Are the rental vehicles insured?

    Yes, the rental vehicles are insured with a fully comprehensive insurance with an excess of € 1,000 and with a partial insurance with an excess of € 1,000.

    How much is the security deposit?

    On the pick up day, a security deposit of 1000, - € is due. 

    What should I do if there is a breakdown on the way?

    Please inform us immediately about the breakdown so that we can act and support accordingly. In addition, you will need to contact the manufacturer of your rental vehicle (Fiat or Ford) as they will take care of the international breakdown service.

    Am I responsible for cleaning the rental vehicle?

    Die Außenreinigung ist im Mietpreis enthalten und wird von uns übernommen. Auf Wunsch können wir auch die Innenreinigung für 195,- € übernehmen. 

    If the tenants are responsible for cleaning the interior, the vehicle must be handed over clean and in perfect condition; just as it was received. 

    In the event of a violation, we allow the following penalties to be levied:

    1. 195,- € bei unterlassener Innenreinigung 
    2. 250,- € bei unterlassener Toilettenreinigung 
    3. 250,- € bei Verstoß gegen das Rauchverbot

    Are there kitchen utensils, camping chairs and a table included?

    Kitchen utensils and camping equipment such as chairs and tables are not provided. 

    We provide a bike rack, a satellite antenna, TFT television, an awning and the cables for the campsite. 

    In addition, the following accessories and services are available: 

    1. Toilet chemistry 
    2. Cover letter 
    3. 30. Min briefing 
    4. Cable drum and drive-up wedges 
    5. CEE adapter for camping sites and motorhomes 
    6. Refill hose for fresh water 
    7. 11 kg gas filling (from a rental period of 10 days: 2x 11 kg gas filling)

    Are pets allowed in the rental vehicle?

    In general pets are very welcome on board. Please let us know when you make your rental request so that we can give you the confirmation. Please also note that there are additional cleaning costs for pets. 50, - €.
